Festival Buffet – Foxwoods Resort Casino

Enjoyable experience and great value. We enjoyed breakfast and due to timing we got lunch as well.

It seemed that the food was out for hours before we got there and it was cold and tasteless.

Too much Processed food prefer fresh and foods that are not full of junk

We had a great dinner ,servers were excellent especially with my two daughters

When we arrived, we were told they don’t take reservations online and didn’t have our name on the reservation list but they sat us anyway. The server was excellent and explained he was going on break and someone else would be taking the tables over for a short time. However, no one ever came so I felt bad for him because when he came back, a table had left and didn’t tip him. Not his fault that they didn’t assign anyone to cover for him. As we looked at the very long line waiting to get in and about 25 tables that were empty, just needed to be bussed and reset, we thought, glad we are not waiting in line. So, all in all, we had a good experience but it didn’t seem like anyone was paying attention to get the tables cleared and people sitting. There were people walking around doing nothing with walkie talkies so not sure what their job is but they could have bussed some tables to help. We had a good time though.
