Description
A vast, vibrant resort blends a bustling casino with boutique shopping, diverse dining, live entertainment and family-friendly features. Immaculate rooms, attentive staff and standout touches — from a planetarium-style bar to nostalgic candy and an arcade — make it a compelling destination for business or leisure. Striking Native American-inspired art, architectural details and sky-high views elevate the experience, though guests note premium prices, occasional high table minimums and a need for clearer wayfinding across the expansive property.

We had a fantastic time! The kids really enjoyed the little daycare area, and I almost didn't want to leave them there because it looked so fun—I was tempted to join in! Unfortunately, the staff stated it was for kids only, so we opted to pay for an hour so they could explore it. The food and drinks at the shops were a bit pricey, but that's to be expected. The candy store was a nice touch, with some hard-to-find nostalgic sweets. The arcade prices were reasonable compared to most arcades; we spent $75 for both kids and they got to play a lot of games. I even managed to persuade my husband to try his luck at gambling a bit. We would definitely love to return and stay at the Mohegan Sun Hotel next time!
I had a wonderful experience during my stay here. Although I was on a business trip, I still found time to explore. The property is expansive, featuring a diverse array of shops, restaurants, and bars, not to mention the casino. I am definitely planning to return for a leisure visit. The rooms were excellent, with no issues at all. The view from the sky tower was stunning. The service was top-notch, and all staff members were fantastic, from the bar to the restaurant and even the valet parking team, who were particularly exceptional. The bar with the planetarium (whose name escapes me) was truly spectacular and very enjoyable. While the food and drinks were on the pricier side, given that this is a destination resort, it's understandable. As much as I enjoy casinos, I'd return for the overall experience—food, drinks, and shopping—while limiting my time in the casino to keep costs down.
The restaurant was very clean, and self-parking was easy. The rooms were spacious, and the amenities were sufficient. The food at the restaurant was delicious. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the staff at the Michael Jordan restaurant—they were courteous and thoughtful, and the food was excellent. I really appreciated the extra gesture of a signed birthday card along with a birthday treat. I would definitely visit again!
Wow ! Very cool place, unique Native American vibe with amazing art work and architectural features. We went for a show, 2 Cellos were spectacular. Very well run , the ample staff were very helpful. Wear your comfy shoes, it's a large place with lots to see. Great place for a show ! Would definitely go back !
Love this casino so much. Stayed at the hotel a few times and it was also very nice! I love how clean everything feels and it feels so much more comfortable than Atlantic City. I will say the last time I went was in 2021 and I brought a lot of people with me for their first time, I am guessing if they were to review this they would give it 3 stars as it wasn't a good experience for them. The tables were very expensive that night, almost every table had a $50 dollar minimum which I have never seen before. I am guessing this was due to covid reopening and trying to get some money back from losses. I hope they don't keep those prices and will be updating on the next time I go!
