Le Loup Blanc - Martigny

A practically empty restaurant on a Saturday evening... I liked the atmosphere (precisely because there was practically no one there; two tables occupied and the service. The waitress was outgoing and friendly. The boss offered us an aperitif only to reproach us after the meal for not having consumed more drinks. The cuisine was not up to par with the prices. (Salty risotto, bathed in its cooking juices, fatty fries, etc. The ice cream which should have three loops seemed to have only one... Despite the fineness of the cut we could not see the balls... The boss was offended by our comments (too bad, comments are valuable for improving quality Fortunately I was in good company. This saved the evening and saved the bill which was as salty as the risotto.

We were amazed how delicious food was despite a low ratings! Since we were in the hurry we decided to have a lunch. The cuisine is very international from Asian fusion to Vienna schnitzel , pizza , pasta, burgers and seafood I highly recommend to have a local experience. I live in Zürich and dine in restaurant like Orellaia, Kronen Halle and White Elephant. Never use Aromat or have microwaved food!

Smiling waitress with the tables where they knew the customers, desolate The 3 people serving were mixing their brushes, didn't know who had ordered what and at which table, saddening The boss, I suppose, who takes a waitress aside to reprimand her, thinking he's being discreet, unsuccessful, sad Our dishes were good, fortunately We ordered 3x 5dl of cold tea and asked for a carafe of water, nope, no carafe, bottle at 5. !! , desolate

Really friendly restaurant with delicious menu. the crispy chicken burger was light and crispy with juicy chicken inside. the flat iron steak was also perfectly cooked with Gothic quality meat. we were all very impressed and enjoyed our lunch enormously. the homemade limonade was also. a big hit. we will be coming back

We went for a Saturday night dinner and had a very pleasant experience. The place looks up to date, and service was friendly and efficient. Our food was throughout well prepared, and nicely presented. I had the French style rabbit with creamy polenta, my partner...the vegetarian selection with wild mushrooms, salad nicoise and a fresh fruit salad. A good quality espresso rounded the meal. Would definitely go back.
