It wasn't overly car... read more The experience was exceptional in every aspect—fantastic food, knowledgeable staff, and the best ESB I've had in the States in two decades. It wasn't overly carbonated and had the perfect balance of bitterness and toastiness. The IPA was also remarkable, offering distinct hoppy notes with each sip, lingering beautifully before finishing with a delightful hop bite. A+ for both the drinks and the food! The bartender was well-versed in cocktails and mixology, and our conversation was enjoyable. I can’t wait to find a reason to go back soon!
