They should just admit defeat and shut down! Do they only fry chicken once a day? I called the store, hoping someone would answer since they ha... read more When I got home, I realized I only received 12 pieces of chicken instead of the 16 I had paid for. I called the store, hoping someone would answer since they had already closed. Someone did answer, and when I explained the situation, the gentleman on the phone accused me of lying, asserting that he had personally boxed the chicken. I was shocked that he would blame a customer like that. When I asked to speak to a manager, he claimed he was the manager. I then asked for the regional manager, but he insisted he was also that person. He refused to give me any corporate contact information, claiming he couldn’t find it, and to top it off, the chicken didn’t even seem fresh. It looked like it had been sitting out for a long time, which was quite unappetizing. Eventually, when I did manage to speak to the actual manager of the store, they offered me a measly $20 gift card. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I will never return to this location again; from now on, I'll drive to Springfield for KFC. Do better!

I asked the young lady at the drive through a question abo... read more Super sweet staff, I recently have been diagnosed with AGS so I have to be mindful of what I consume. I asked the young lady at the drive through a question about ingredients and she was so kind to go through everything that was on the product to make sure it was ok. I'm embarrassed by the condition, but people like this and this establishment make it much easier to deal with. Oh, and the food was outstanding, classic chicken sandwich and coleslaw. I will visit again!
