I decided to try again today thinking maybe we wouldn't get chicken that was clearly old and been in the warmer all day. I bought a $40 bucket of just chicken, drove the 15 minutes home and when I opened the bucket it smelled like rancid meat. I tried calling 2 times to avoid a 30 minute drive to see what could be done but no answer. Our 2 year old snuck a peice out and ate most of it before we realized it was bad, we are hoping she doesn't get sick.

An employee came to the door, unlocked it and came out with an order and we asked if they were closed she told us she wasn't going to open the lobby with only 2 people working, but that the drive through was open. She was very rude to us and told us to go somewhere else. how do you just close a restaurant lobby because you just don't feel like serving people. So no I wouldn't recommend this Kfc.
