I decided to try again today thinking maybe we wouldn't get chicken that was clearly old and been in the warmer all day. I bought a $40 bucket of just chicken, drove the 15 minutes home and when I opened the bucket it smelled like rancid meat. I tried calling 2 times to avoid a 30 minute drive to see what could be done but no answer. Our 2 year old snuck a peice out and ate most of it before we realized it was bad, we are hoping she doesn't get sick. During my last vi... read more I have stopped visiting the KFC in Marshfield, Missouri, as the quality of the food has deteriorated and they only provide drive-thru service. During my last visit, a staff member was rude and dishonest about their role. I was so unhappy with the experience that I reached out to Corporate to share my concerns. Today, I ordered a Chicken Sandwich and large fries, but I found the food to be inedible. When I called to voice my complaint, the employee recommended that I order a new meal but then ignored me while counting money. I cannot recommend this KFC location, particularly if you appreciate good service and quality food.
