Despite the challenging circumstances, all employees worked at full capacity and remained professional, friendly, and helpful under a lot of stress. Service may have been slower than usual, but it was understandable given the high demand and need to clean up the city after the power outage. All the individuals who worked in the food industry that night deserve applause, especially the staff at this particular restaurant for maintaining their composure.

I have never had any issues except for a misunderstanding the other day, but they quickly resolved it without me even having to ask. The service is always exceptional, with workers who are unfailingly cheerful and friendly. The food is consistently hot and fresh. Keep up the great work!
