The Vegan Cookie - Marrickville

I decided to support this business after seeing their stall at the Glebe market. I took home one of everything they had left. Unfortunately, the cookies didn't survive the trip home intact, but the broken pieces were just as delicious. I enjoyed them all with a cup of tea. I was pleased to find that the cookies all had different textures - the cranberry and cream was smooth, the double chocolate chip was crumbly, and the triple chocolate was more like a brownie than a cookie. Although the cookies were $5 each, they were very rich and could be shared and consumed in multiple sessions.

After coming across their stall at Glebe Market, I decided to show my support for this business by purchasing one of each item they had left. Although the cookies didn't make it all the way home intact, the crumbled pieces were still delicious and went well with a nice cup of tea.
