This Taco Bell location on the West Bank is terrible. It's even worse than the Taco Bell in Manhattan. We waited in line for 25 minutes with 8 cars ahead of us, only to be told they were closed. They closed a full 3 hours before their regular closing time. I understand they may not lose business, but I will never return here. The staff who informed us they were closed were not rude in any way. View all feedback.
I visited the drive-thru at Taco Bell on Friday, March 26, 2024, between 4:45 p.m. and 5:10 p.m. The cashier was polite, but there was an issue with payment using a debit card. The manager took a while to resolve the problem, causing a delay with the line of cars behind us. The communication between the manager and customers was poor, and the cashier seemed unsure of what to do. The manager was rude and unprofessional in their interactions with me, which was very disappointing. The overall handling of the situation was not up to standard, and I do not plan on returning to this Taco Bell location.
The food is decent when they get your order correct, but the service is terrible.
I had a bad experience at this Taco Bell with poor service and low-quality food. I ordered nacho fries with extra cheese but did not receive the extra cheese I paid for. When I brought this up to the woman at the drive-thru, she insisted that it was in the bag, but it was not. I was frustrated that they argued with me over such a small thing as 50 cents for cheese. Additionally, the fries were not filled to their normal capacity. The large fry container was only half full before I even pulled any fries out.
They will try to rush you through the line then not give you everything you
Service was horrible did not order had to walk out.
