Additionally, some of the toppings and extras I paid for were either missing or not what I ordered. I decided to give a 3-star rating instead of a lower one because I wasn't there to witness what might have been going on—perhaps someone was in training, or they were handling the aftermath of a busy rush (I picked up my order at 7 PM). So, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but overall, the experience was disappointing.

The sandwiches were made exactly how I wanted them and tasted incredible. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon!

Throughout the ordering process, the a... read more The service was quite disappointing; the staff seemed abrupt and unaccommodating. My server ignored my requests entirely! Throughout the ordering process, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, she added vinegar to my sandwich instead of the sweet sauce I had asked for. The staff definitely need better training in customer service.
