Additionally, some of the toppings and extras I paid... read more I placed an online order ahead of time, but it seemed that none of the four subs were toasted as requested. Additionally, some of the toppings and extras I paid for were either missing or not what I ordered. I decided to give a 3-star rating instead of a lower one because I wasn't there to witness what might have been going on—perhaps someone was in training, or they were handling the aftermath of a busy rush (I picked up my order at 7 PM). So, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but overall, the experience was disappointing.

He prepared my sandwich just the way I wanted it. The customer service was exceptional, and I can confidently say this is one of my favorite Subways to visit.
