Although the cashier seemed a bit inexperienced, the service was good—definitely an improvement compared to the location in Avondale.

We placed our order online 30 minutes in advance, but when we arrived to pick it up, we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes. I completely wasted my lunch... read more We placed our order online 30 minutes in advance, but when we arrived to pick it up, we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes. I completely wasted my lunch break at this Wendy's. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered such delays; I've faced even longer waits on multiple occasions. To make matters worse, they forgot to include an entire order of nuggets and mixed up our sauce choices. How can you have 30 minutes to prepare my order and still make mistakes? Just last week, everything was quick and efficient, so I really don't understand what went wrong in such a short time.

When I pointed this out, they mentioned that we hadn’t been charged for it. I usually like Wendy's, but I often avoid this location due to consistent issues with our orders. It’s hard to think about giving them another chance!

It was also difficult to find my way through the website to submit a complaint. Aside from that, my overall experience was okay.

Thankfully, we had some food available at home, so it wasn't a total disaster. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service. For dinner, you can expect to spend about $10-20 per person. I'd rate the food a 4 out of 5, but the service only gets a 2 out of 5. I recommend trying Wendy's French fries and the Baconator.
