The food received a score of 1 out of 5; it just didn't meet my expectations. The flavors were lacking, and the quality was disappointing. The service was equally underwhelming, also scoring a 1. I encountered issues with my order, and it took an unreasonably long time to resolve them. As for the atmosphere, I can’t comment much since it was takeout, but overall, my experience left a lot to be desired. I won’t be returning for lunch anytime soon.

I completely wasted my lunch... read more We placed our order online 30 minutes in advance, but when we arrived to pick it up, we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes. I completely wasted my lunch break at this Wendy's. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered such delays; I've faced even longer waits on multiple occasions. To make matters worse, they forgot to include an entire order of nuggets and mixed up our sauce choices. How can you have 30 minutes to prepare my order and still make mistakes? Just last week, everything was quick and efficient, so I really don't understand what went wrong in such a short time.

When I pointed this out, they mentioned that we hadn’t been charged for it. I usually like Wendy's, but I often avoid this location due to consistent issues with our orders. It’s hard to think about giving them another chance!
