The food at this restaurant was delicious, but unfortunately they forgot to pack my daughter's hamburger in our takeout bag. This left her with nothing to eat when we got home, which made me very upset. Luckily, we had food at home so it wasn't a total disaster. Overall, I was not happy with the service. This restaurant is always disappointed. Today at 18:30 they had only fantadrinks and iced tea. the manager gives me the drinks and said we don't have the right lids for the drinks and also had only 2 packs of Bbq sauce in the whole restaurant. Food and service were fine, but the place felt dirty. Tables and counters only felt Greek. I'm not waiting to get out of there.
Large frits ordered, received the amount equal to a child size in a large container, cold and not salted. Also ordered 4 value sandwiches, two had hard floors.

I was the first car in the line and when I wanted to give up my order, they bruised and asked me to wait a second. I waited for two minutes and nobody came. Then they drove the Intercom back and asked if they could give me five minutes to change their shift. I waited about 15 minutes to take my order. Finally, they drove the Intercom back and took half of my order. One second? After I got my food, they didn't even apologize for the long waiting period. This Wendy?s is rude and takes too long, I would recommend another location.
Delay in service, but more than made up for in apologies .Food hot and done correctly. Servers very polite and smiling. Always happy service.?
