The first time, I... read more I visit this restaurant frequently, and the food is consistently good. However, there have been instances where the staff mixed up my drinks. The first time, I ordered a Sierra Mist and received sparkling water instead. Another time, I asked for a bottle of water and got a dietary supplement. Overall, the service is usually satisfactory, and the drive-thru is not too bad. If you treat the employees with kindness and respect, you might be pleasantly surprised with a complimentary cookie. The only downside is the layout, as you have to circle the building to access the drive-thru.
