It still tasted... read more I absolutely adore this restaurant! The gourmet burrito was delicious the first two times I had it, but the third time it was missing guacamole. It still tasted amazing though. This place has always impressed me and is now my favorite Mexican restaurant. My only complaint is that the nachos were cold for takeout. Despite that, I still love this place!

I recommend adding some of their chipotle purée to give it an extra kick. I also appreciated the ambiance of the dining area, with comfortable seating and ample parking available.

I ordered from DoorDash and received the wrong food, which was very frustrating. When I contacted customer service, they tried to blame me for the mistake. I in... read more I ordered from DoorDash and received the wrong food, which was very frustrating. When I contacted customer service, they tried to blame me for the mistake. I insisted on checking the order confirmation, and they had no other solution than offering a refund and asking me to reorder, which would have meant waiting another 45 minutes. As someone who has worked in customer service my entire life, I can say this was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. They tried to make it seem like it was my fault, instead of taking responsibility for their errors. They should improve their order double-checking process, be more polite, and learn to better read and understand customer orders.
