Shout out to my guy Soltan. Professional and enthusiastic employee with outgoing service. Best subway location I’ve been to.
We arrived quite late, unsure if the restaurant was still open. The woman on duty was in the process of closing but kindly invited us to come in for last orders. She was very friendly and accommodating. The food was just as great as it always is at Subway.
I placed a mobile order to avoid waiting in line, but it took 30 minutes for them to prepare my order, despite the restaurant not being busy. I was stuck waiting inside while they served other customers. Additionally, I requested my sub to be grilled, but they refused because it was on herb cheese bread, which is not an issue at other locations. The manager really needs to address this with the staff. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
On June 27th, 2022, at 8:30 p.m., I had a great experience at the restaurant. Sulton, a young man, was friendly and polite, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. He also has a talent for making sandwiches—each one was cleanly prepared and beautifully presented. I will definitely be returning!
