Additionally, we had to wait over 40 minutes before our food arrived.

While the interior was well-designed and clean... read more I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant when I heard it had opened, but I left quite disappointed. While the interior was well-designed and clean, the wait for our food was unreasonably long, especially since there were only four guests total, myself included. Additionally, the soup broth was both bland and excessively salty, and the waiter was surprisingly rude, as if we were inconveniencing him. I had hoped this could become my new go-to ramen spot, but I found that Ajisen Ramen, the chain they’re associated with, offers better prices, service, and food quality.

The broth was flavourful, plated nicely, came hot and char siu was good. Broth was on the saltier side in myperspective. The Ebi one was good too however, one piece of shrimp seems a bit disappointing when it's a Ebi Ramen. The VeggieCroquet was fresh and crispy too. I saw the kitchen heat up a new pan for our order which was nice. Nice environment, goodvibes and good service.

The cha-siu is really flavourful and delicious here and huge! I like that they have a great variety of appetizers to choose from aswell. I?d recommend the crunchy tofu, the spicy chicken karaage, and takoyaki.
