When we went they had the fesenjan stew (pomegranite juice, & walnut tart with chicken breast) which was amazing! I've not eaten a lot of Persian/Middle Eastern food and the flavour was really unique. Savoury, sweet and tart, really interesting and tasty.We also got the baghali polo (lamb shank with fava bean rice) and salari kabab (chicken thigh & koobideh which is a savoury lamb and beef mince meat I think). This was too much food for the two of us (3 dishes) but we wanted to try all the different things so we took some home. The kebabs and the lamb were very well prepared, nice and juicy. The lamb and chicken especially just melted in your mouth.We also tried their house-made cherry juice and yogurt drink. I could drink that cherry drink all day; not too sweet, and not tangy but a really natural dark cherry flavour. They also make cherry and carrot jams in house as well as pickled vegetable (which we did not try).
