I also ordered two skewers of deep fried quail eggs with a sweet, sour, and spicy sauce. This will definitely be my new favorite snack!

I tried the Ube, hot dog, apple and cinnamon, the blueberry, the custard and cream cheese which is my favourite. It was made fresh right in front of me and loved every bite! I also had the empanadas, it's was a very flakey dough that encased the ground meats and potatoes, also as amazing as the waffles and SO affordable. Both the waffles and empanadas went for 3 for $5 no tax. I really want people that come to Pacific Mall religiously to come and try Pinoy Waffles, and to try something a little different and better than the usual. I'll be back for more!
