May be tha... read more Some how Phoenix restaurant has change for the worse. Inattentive waiters and waitresses and not only that most of the dishes are now more expensive. May be that what success can do to you. Food is ok but my friend found steel wool in his rice. You can see that in the attached picture. If thing remains the same we will not go there again.

If no... read more I've been to both location, Woodbine and McCowan, both are horrible. Waitress dump food on the table and rush you to leave making room for new customers. If no one is waiting for table, you can hardly find and waitress around to ask for the bill. DON'T order anything with stream rice, it is VERY VERY DRY. We asked for extra tea for 4 of us and they brought 1 glass. We asked again and they brought another glass. WTH... It is a CHINESE CHINESE CHINESE restaurants, if you don't speak CHINESE, don't even think of going there. They treat you like you are there to beg them for food. You pay the same amount of $ if you go somewhere else anyway.

Servers were aplenty, but constantly occupied with the never-ending flow of incoming traffic. For the most part, food delivery was prompt and attitude levels were kept to a minimum. Communicating our orders was not an item of concern for us, nor the surrounding Cantonese- or Mandarin-speaking guests. For those that are looking for detailed explanations on individual menu items though, you probably won't find that here.
