The intestine tastes crisp outside while nice fatty and tender inside. The dried red chili, peanut, onion adds spicy flavor which really gives it deep taste. Also,lamb and beef skewers tasted great, so it makes your mouth watering, with nice cumin, salt and spicy flavor. Though it?s hardand chewy, there aren?t any gamey flavor in it. It would be much better if they serve lamb and beef head meat, brains, andintestines. Overall, it?s really pleasant experience for Chinese foods. 10/10 recommend!
