Friendly staff, I always order online, so interaction is not too necessary. personal is always friendly and treats me as well as other customers. for a simple p... read more Friendly staff, I always order online, so interaction is not too necessary. personal is always friendly and treats me as well as other customers. for a simple pick-up, I like how they don't let me wait too long, they ask in the rule whether I pick up and just give me my smoothie before or while making a smoothie for another customer. this reduces unnecessary time spent in loading and is very appreciated.

As I looked over the menu, trying to recall what I had ordered during my last visit, the servers gave me a rude look and mentioned that they would be closing soon. I was surprised to learn that a simple smoothie would take half an hour to prepare. This experience made me question the level of customer service at this establishment.

I've only got my order at 2:45. it does not make 45 minutes for a smoothie. please do not come to this place, they clearly do not take customers seriously. I even added a note that I needed my order quickly, or I will be too late for the work. Not happy as I only ordered 2 items.
