It can be difficult to get a drink refill and catch the attention of the waitstaff. They will bring out the food, but often forget to provide basic condiments like sauces or spreads for bread. Some of the waitstaff tend to gather at the end of the counter, chatting amongst themselves instead of assisting customers. One waitress in particular, with glasses and pigtails, seems to do the bare minimum and rarely helps customers. Overall, the food is good, but make sure to have everything you need before the waitress leaves, or you may be out of luck.
