I always receive the wrong order. I'm not sure why I keep coming back.
I was disappointed to find that half of my order was missing, which meant we had to go pick it up ourselves. Essentially, we paid for delivery only to end up doing the pickup. I do understand that they're short-staffed, and I sympathize with that situation. However, I believe there should be a hold on orders if they can't properly fulfill deliveries for DoorDash.
I didn't receive the shredded cheese as advertised on my cheesy baked potato, and the sour cream I requested was missing as well. Additionally, the syrup in the Coke Zero machine was running low.
Never had a bad experience with Wendys good food
