They seemed delighted to see me. Refreshing.

For starter... read more My fiance and I are regulars here. We come in probably once a week and we've always gotten decent service. Except for tonight, when Deana served us. For starters, we've given this woman a ride home before after learning she walks to and from the store. So to be showed the amount of disrespect tonight was seriously hurtful. We walked in and she didn't even notice us for a few minutes, just playing on her phone. When she does, she speaks very bluntly and rudely. I asked for extra cheese twice, never got it. There was barely any steak or lettuce on my sandwich and towards the end, she literally slaps down my sandwich and just walks away without saying anything. What the hell?? $8 for a 6inch that wasn't even made right. Go to another subway.
