I waited 20 minutes for my food while cars were being served. When I finally received my order, it wasn't even complete. The quality of the food was also disappointing. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry, so there was no time to return and get a refund. I'm really let down by this Arby's because I usually enjoy their food.

I also got a brisket sandwich, a rib sandwich, and a few other items. However, when I went to pick up my order at the window, the loaded fries were missing. I checked the brisket sandwich because it didn't seem right, and it only had two slices of meat. I asked the worker about it, and she informed me that that's all I get. Paying $7 for a sandwich with just two slices of meat and some BBQ sauce feels expensive. When I inquired about the loaded fries, she told me they don't come with the meal. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place; it's disappointing to see so many fast food restaurants heading in this direction.

I eat here often, but I'm growing increasingly frustrated with the rude staff and the fact that they seem to be out of items every time I visit. Additionally, my orders are often incomplete—there's always something missing or incorrect. I also end up waiting for something each time; the last visit it was fries, and this time it was chicken. It would be great to see a new Arby's location open up nearby! This will be my last visit to this particular store; the service is just ridiculous!

The food was hot and served quick... read more I hadn't been to an Arby's in about a year until I visited this location. Overall, it was a decent meal for a fast food joint. The food was hot and served quickly. However, I still believe the prices are somewhat high for fast food. That said, they do offer good value with a hearty, meaty sandwich.
