I made my order and had to correct the lady about my drink. No big deal. Sometimes they can't hear what you said over the intercom. I get to the window and pay. I get my food. When the lady hands me my drink it's the wrong size. Again. Not a bigdeal. I explained that I wanted a large and not a small. I hear in the background another lady (the one who took my order) say Iwas lying and she asked me twice what I wanted.... View all feedback.
The coffee is overpriced . Mine was barely warm. The items we bought were good. They do not have a good selection of bagels. This is not not Starbucks but they charge like they are.
Husband ordered 2 of the tomato pesto sandwiches. He said there was some ?back forth? between the employees present, ??regarding specific ingredients. Looking back, he said that should have been his first clue!! When he got home we each had an?open faced? sandwich- single slice of toasted bread, spread with pesto topped with tomatoes. According to the menu ourexpectations- each sandwich was supposed to have 2 slices of toasted bread (plus the before mentioned pesto spread tomatoes)AND melted cheddar cheese. This is obviously not appropriate service, and suggests that employees are not adequatelytrained. Also one cannot call the store to alert the manager of issues.
Terrible service! I waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes, and the employees were quite rude, chatting among themselves at the window. When I finally got to place my order, the guy seemed rushed and kept asking, "Is that all?" Despite what I ordered, when I asked for something, he responded, "We don’t have that; that’s McDonald's?" They didn’t have anything I wanted. I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Black Mountain afterward, and they had the old-fashioned donut holes, which this location didn't offer. They also didn’t have any sprinkles!
Terrible experience. The staff was unkind, and the management was even more disappointing. Don't expect any decent human interaction or accuracy with your order here. If you choose to go inside to get your order fixed, be prepared to overhear the staff speaking negatively about you. Marisa (if that’s really her name) seems to lack professionalism.
I placed my order and had to clarify my drink choice with the employee, which is understandable since sometimes they have difficulty hearing over the intercom. When I reached the window to pay and received my food, the staff handed me the wrong size drink. I corrected them again, asking for a large instead of a small. At this point, I overheard another employee—who had taken my order—accuse me of lying and claim she had asked me twice what I wanted. This was frustrating, especially since the first time she got my order completely wrong. It wouldn’t have been an issue if she hadn’t called me a liar. When I finally got the correct drink, it was cold and barely tasted like Chai. I've visited this location several times, and each experience seems to be worse than the last. I won’t be returning.
