Wendy's - Marikina

Just wanted a light snack before going home so we just ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad. The big size is good to share and it has generous amounts of chicken pieces. I also love the salad dressing and one pack is good to cover the entire salad. I like Wendy’s because it’s one of the fast food places that still offers healthier options like salads.

Feeling a bit adventurous yesterday, I chose to have a Wendy's Philly Cheesesteak burger instead of my usual fully-loaded Baconator combo. I also had the P25 baked potato and the P25 Frosty. The Philly Cheesesteak was meh, so don't give up your Baconator budget on it. The baked potato topped with bacon and cheese was good value for money; portion size was just right to get me through an entire burger meal without feeling any regret of not ordering fries.

I really love their Shrimp Burger! So heaven! and we tried their Frosty with Blueberry Cheesecake Toppers! Very Bad Idea mixing blueberry cheesecake with chocolate.

Wendy 's is one of the long established fast-food chains in the country. We 've visited its branch in SM Marikina for a light meal and have tried two of its Real Meal Deals: the Salisbury Steak and the Chicken Salpicao, both with a scoop of rice. The Salisbury Steak tasted good and buttery. The Chicken Salpicao was also okay, had a little sweetness, but with fewer Chicken meat. The price is budget friendly and their menu options are varied. Its famous Salad Bar still offers the freshness that it constantly brags about. Unfortunately, the staff are a little skimpy with their smiles and lack enthusiasm. It 's something that they need to improve on to really claim that any time is the best time for Wendy 's .

Its been a long time when you came back to my senses. Its still the amazing hamburger of our generation. I wonder if this is the template of the new burgers in the metro. What do you think? Original stands best!
