It has been YEARS, since I have been to Piccadilly 's and the food and the service was great! Good home-style southern cooking; from scratch! Has a taste and feeling of home; when your mom or grandma was in the kitchen cooking up a good meal.
Smelled like a nursing home and that's how the food tasted. Whatever you do, dont go into the restroom. Ugh, smelled like death. This used to be a great place to eat but not anymore. You're better off eating at a gas station. Server was nice but that's it.
I've been visiting Piccadilly my entire life. There was a period when it declined a bit, but it seems to be back to its best now. The food is fresher, and the pie is always fantastic.

Lady at register Aster is always rude and confrontational. Downloaded the app and she didn’t know how to apply the bogo offer advertised at entrance. Chicken cutlet was cold server took it back they threw it in the fryer sent it back out and it was so tough I couldn’t chew it. Mexican cornbread so old and hard it crumbled when you touched it. Asked for mgr Amy came out and refunded my money. This restaurant should close like the other locations. No wonder their scores are so bad. Our server Chris is always pleasant!
