Couldn't sit at the bar as it opens at 2pm now. But there was a nice crowd and only 1 waitress. The waitress was definitely moving quickly trying to take care of all the tables! Food was good.

But I called and made a reservation a week in advance for a gathering that I do once a month for my social group. I requested seating in their upper dining area, yet we were seated at 2 pub tables with 9 people. This made our experience not 5 stars. Our server was excellent but we won't be planning any more events at this establishment.

I ordered the Philly sandwich, which was supposed to come with onions, mushrooms, and peppers, but it only had onions. The restaurant had an odd smell and an uninviting atmosphere. To make matters worse, whenever I gave my last name for my pickup order, the staff kept miscalling me Connor instead of Thomas. I rate this establishment just 1 out of 5 stars. I also have concerns about their kitchen cleanliness since I didn't notice anyone wearing hairnets. Do yourself a favor and choose a different restaurant.

It seems the young woman who used to manage the cigar bar is no longer there. The person working during my visit yesterday didn't seem to have any customer service skills. She acted as the bartender, host, and waitress, but had a negative attitude from the start and never made an effort to improve it. She didn't offer us water or anything else, simply dropped off our food and then disappeared. I spoke to the manager, but she didn't seem to care either. I WILL NEVER return.
