Mcdonald's - Marietta

I just waited 30 minutes for ice-cold food, and then spent another 10 minutes at the pick-up window. I really don't understand how my meal could be so cold after such a long wait. I know it's McDonald's, but after waiting at the window, I expected to get fresh, hot food. This experience has made me decide that I will never spend my money there again. Honestly, McDonald's isn't even that cheap anymore! The only highlight was the customer service from the young man who took my order, which was surprisingly good.

We had to wait an hour for a child's meal, and the staff was extremely rude and dismissive towards their customers.

I paid $10 here and received no food. I feel like I was robbed. I will be contacting the company and considering legal action.

This mcdonald is one of the worst. atlanta is already a catastrophe. these mcdonald’s and their workers have no sense of urgency.

I love Quarter Pounders w/Cheese. But on this night in the early morning hours, I was given one that was completely awful. Bad taste.I placed my order at the drive through window. It seems people don't care about good quality foods anymore.When you place your order at a drive through, you need to be able to trust your food will be fresh and hot. I don't have time to sit there and check everything.Did I let them know I had a problem with my order? No! It was not worth my time and gas driving back to the restaurant. I simply had to thrash my order and get over my disappointment with this McDonald's.
