What User likes about Mcdonald's:
Great customer service. But the lady at the 1st window could have been a little nicer . But the girl at the second window made up for her . Very delightful and the manager asked me how I was doing. I just waited 30 minutes for ice-cold food, and then spent another 10 minutes at the pick-up window. I really don't understand how my meal could be so cold after such a long wait. I know it's McDonald's, but after waiting at the window, I expected to get fresh, hot food. This experience has made me decide that I will never spend my money there again.
