Customer service at this place is top notch. To the morning manager, the team you have in the morning is kind, humble and pleasant. This from a customer who over the last 6 months was there 5 days a week. Keep up the great work!
This chicken right here!!! Oh yeah it was worth the wait. I've been dying to try it and I was not let down. Everything was hot and fresh. Order correct. Service was excellent and the food was outstanding!!!!!! Thank you for a great experience!!
People did I see something disturbing and get what I didn't want? Went through the window order two breast two legs green beans mash potatoes. I received two chicken thighs two legs. All over cooked. I was home when I realized it. Didn't want to turnaround was feeling bad because just came from a mormorial service. Looked at the young man in the window his pants were hangingdown front and back. I didn't know what to think. Is it hard to get worker that is decently dressed? If I had a choice I won'tgo back ever again. .
Sometimes the chicken is fresh sometimes not! Employees are nice and friendly! Some of them do not know their chicken parts, they will give you a big thigh thinking it's a breast lol
On top of that, the restaurant was disgustingly dirty. The floor was filthy, napkins were flying all over the place, and to make matters worse, the cashier was on her phone while everyone in the back seemed to be just lounging around. After my sandwich was supposed to be fixed, I opened it to find that the chicken was undercooked, and the lettuce was brown and ice cold—almost frozen! I ended up throwing the entire meal away. I've never encountered frozen lettuce on a sandwich that is supposed to be warm. This experience was a total disappointment, and I demanded a full refund!
