Food is good, huge place not really chic and serves whatever on the grill. Meat, fish. Portions are enormous, good thing is that this place is open and serves food even between 3pm an 7:30 pm, when majority of restaurants in Portugal (and especially in the countryside) are closed. Depois de alguns anos sem lá ter ido, voltei e continua com alta qualidade. Recomendo vivamente
From the outside it looks like an average Portuguese restaurant but they actually have a very unique flavor to their take on churrascaria and regional beef filet. as usual the wine is good and inexpensive. We ate for adults and a child with wine...and desert for less than euro.
Best restaurant in the area! We love coming to Plátano and we come here often when we travel to Portugal. The servers are wonderful. The owner, Sr.Albano, is always waking the restaurant checking on people to see how you are doing. He makes you feel like being with family. My daughters (16 and 14) love this restaurant. I wish we lived closer to this restaurant (we live in California) to come more regular to this restaurant. You won't be disappointed!

Visitei este restaurante no dia 5 de novembro. O serviço foi cuidadoso e atencioso. No nível da comida, um destaque particular para as entradas que foram maravilhosas, orelheira, moelas, pataniscas, rissois e croquetes. Além do grande gosto, fomos servidos em abundância. Assim, havia pouco apetite para o prato principal que foi grelhado misturado, de aspecto de bos e elogiado por todos os comensais, por sua variedade, qualidade e quantidade. Eu não poderia saborear mais as sobremesas, mas os comentários também eram abonatorios. Bebidas de categoria razoáveis e acima da média para o almoço em grupo, servido em quantidade qb e sempre que solicitado. Voltarei quando visitar Marco ou arredores.
