This is the best pizza in Marblehead. I tried every place but this was the only one for me. New phone system is kind of wack though. Not a big deal, but they should go back to the old one.
The food here is really good. The service is always good. My complaints are 1. The order online link on the website leads you to OrderSnap, a service that sells online order. So... I went somewhere else that night. 2. The printed and online menu say an item is $10.50 but is really $13.97 a huge brand up. I was told that it 'outdated '.How is the print AND online menu outdated? Why would I pay more near $4? I could buy all the ingredients at Crosbys and make five sandwiches. LOL So... I went home. Don't you tell me the menu in my hand?ist?outdated.? It's time these places stop saying? Everything went up, man? and find creative solutions. The invention is born of necessity. This is the time that excuses are over and where real business acumen will prevail. Simple price increase is not a solution
Can be pretty good, but is one really open to 9 if you can't buy a prepared salad at 8:40. Also be clear when ordering there usually very busy so yeah.
Firstly, both the printed and online menus indicated a price of $10.50 for one item, yet I was charged $13.97—nearly a $4 increase, which feels excessive. When I raised this concern, I was informed that the menu was "outdated." How is it possible that both the printed and online versions are outdated? Why should I pay almost $4 more for something that is misrepresented? I could easily purchase all the ingredients from Crosbys and make five sandwiches for that amount. Ultimately, I decided to go home instead. It's frustrating to hear that the menu in my hands is “outdated.” Restaurants need to move past using rising costs as an excuse and start seeking innovative solutions. Necessity fosters creativity, and it’s time to stop making excuses. Simply raising prices is not a sustainable strategy.
