The Food was simply awful and most probably the worst I have ever experienced in the last Decade !! It cannot have been cooked by a Thai or Asian Chef it was just abysmal like me 30 years ago with a Jar of Tesco’s Sweet and Sour Sauce ! Yes it was that bad and in a 5 Star Hotel Don Carlos

Very disappointed... surly server who after taking our order for wine which we double checked with her, brought a different bottle... showed us quickly when we... read more Very disappointed... surly server who after taking our order for wine which we double checked with her, brought a different bottle... showed us quickly when we were engaged in conversation and opened it, putting it straight into ice bucket. We only noticed that it was the wrong bottle when we received the check. When we queried it, the server argued with us, then referred us to the manager, who refused to do anything about it. The difference in price was 15 euros. Not the customer service we are used to when staying at a 5* resort... if the rest of the resort and staff hadn't been so brilliant, it would have ruined our experience. This was a great shame as the food was good.
