No matter... read more The Dunkin' store was recently remodeled, and everything looks brand new. However, as a local, I have experienced multiple issues with my orders here. No matter what I choose from their menu on the touch screen, I never receive what I requested. Every single visit has resulted in a mix-up with my order. When I asked for a refund, even the manager seemed untrained and struggled to process it correctly, resulting in me getting only half of my money back. The staff appears to be completely untrained, and it's evident that they are often distracted by their cell phones. This location has to be one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to, and the situation just keeps getting worse.

The cust... read more I've visited this Dunkin' three days in a row during my vacation, just trying to order an iced coffee with a bit of cream, and they never get it right. The customer service is terrible, and the staff at the counter are rude. I saw them being unpleasant to other customers too, and they were snippy with me because I supposedly didn't order correctly at the kiosk. I've never had issues with any other Dunkin' using my easy order. This location is unbelievable.

The employee was incredibly friendly, and I’m a bit disappointed I didn’t catch her name. Nowadays, it’s a real joy to walk into a place and feel good about ordering. To the wonderful worker who made my caramel crane iced latte with so much care both times—you’re amazing! Keep up the great work!

There were plenty of sandwiches but no mention of donuts—maybe they should consider changing their name. They did have fritters, but they were quite expensive. The staff was friendly!
