Along with fried Camembert (also delicious) and pineapple fritter. Not the cheapest fish and chip shop, but the quality was great and thoroughly enjoyable. Tip: If you want a wine or beer, you can eat outside at the Rimu wine bar.

If you are visiting Nelson or Abel Tasman, Must visit place. Just 5-7 min before Motueka, about 20 min drive from Nelson. Parking available. Local arts and craft shops on the wharf are great. Food options Including Golden Bear Beer, Fish and Chips, Ice cream and artisan stores will give you plenty to spend time on. Can also hire Bike (Cycle) and do a wine and brew tour in the region for a day in Mapua and Tasman. Full family fun, Nice drive, public toilets, and picnic areas.

We ordered fish and chips for afternoon tea and enjoyed the view in a peaceful environment. It wasn't busy here on late Friday afternoon. Advise visiting a bit earlier so you could order a glass of wine, ice cream, or coffee, enjoying the moment of peace.
