On Sunday, May 29th at 4:30 pm, I tried to order two smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels. When it was my turn, I told the cashier my order, but she asked me to wait while she served the customers behind me quickly. I waited patiently, but the people in line took longer than expected and I ended up waiting for a long time with my hungry bagels. The cashier showed no appreciation for my patience. Eventually, I asked another worker if they could make my bagels, but they said only the cashier could make them. It was frustrating to see others being served before me, even though I had been waiting patiently. The decision-making and customer service at this restaurant were disappointing and it was clear that not everyone was treated equally.
