I love this place. I come here weekly and the service is great. Every drink I've tried, even if they usually weren't what I would go for, still taste amazing. Highly reccomend!

I absolutely adore this Chatime! I frequent this establishment regularly and the owners always welcome me by name and have my favorite drink memorized. The staff is incredibly friendly and it's a wonderful place to visit. I highly recommend it!
Very happy with the service! The man helping me with cashing out was so friendly and nice.
I have the order wrong, the server was rude-no excuses, charged. 60c extra. employees need a lection in customer service. do not recommend loading. P.S. the problem was not with the employee in the training that took the order, I am appalled that the poor to be trained is now being accused. the hire and bad customer service of the trainer should be adjusted. if this lady is the owner, I'm sorry for the employees and customers.
