The Lost Dutchman - Maple Valley
The Lost Dutchman
Description
Nestled in the heart of the Maple Valley area, this lively sports bar offers a vibrant atmosphere, welcoming regulars and newcomers alike. While patrons appreciate the friendly staff and a well-rounded drink menu, some have noted slow service during busy nights, leaving occasional guests unattended. The food experience appears hit or miss; highlights include a highly praised Tropical Pizza, while other dishes like the pastrami burger and Cobb salad could benefit from improvement. Despite some inconsistencies, the bar’s entertainment—ranging from live music to karaoke—keeps the energy high, and the inclusion of dog-friendly policies adds an appealing touch for pet owners.

Feedback
The food is always amazing whenever we order from this restaurant. My favorite dishes are the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the coconut prawns.
The pastrami burger was extremely dry, with no juices dripping at all. We also paid extra for waffle fries, but didn't receive any full-sized ones - just tiny bits from the bottom of the bag, including regular fries with no seasoning or salt. The Cobb salad was bland, with a grey boiled egg and brown mushrooms. Overall, the restaurant could improve on their two very simple meals.
The mushroom swiss burger had three mushrooms and a patty with very little cheese, and no other condiments. The quesadilla had jalapeños in it, even though they weren't listed on the menu. I used to enjoy this restaurant, but I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.
