I have to say, my daughter really enjoys the coffee at this place. While I feel the prices are a bit on the high side, what really bothers me is being asked for extra money. It makes me quite uncomfortable, especially since it's a special treat for us to come here before school, as we're not in a very stable financial situation. My boyfriend got me an iced latte here today, and it was really bad. So bad I couldn’t even finish it. I couldn’t tell if it was the coffee itself, or the milk to coffee ratio.Edit to add more info: Ordered an oat milk ice latte around 11:20/11:30 am on Jan 20 in Black Diamond... Thanks!
I just had a server ask me if I wanted to tip, and when I said yes and specified an amount they added DOUBLE that and didn't want to give me my receipt for obvious reasons.Don't trust this place.
Stopped by this morning with 3 of my friends and grabbed some coffee, chai tea and a real fruit smoothie. Bailey and Grayson helped us along with another gal (but didn't catch her name) service 10/5. They went above and beyond to help. We had a GF person with us and willing to let us double check to make sure their powder was GF. Coffee, tea and smoothie. 5/5 will be back!!!
