4/2/23Came in at 7am to excellent customer service from Doug and the other partners. His energy was contagious and his smile genuine. Definitely added to my day. Sweet employee??.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I enjoy Starbucks. First, let me say they made my order perfect. But this location wow, it was like a junk yard, so filthy I was worried for a momeven to have my drink made. The floor behind the counter was muddy, and there were flies everywhere ?. Starbucks I guess food preparation standards have dropped. Sorry won't be going here again needs to improve cleanliness. Giving three stars because it is truly a hit or a way to completely ruin your day and sanity depending on what time you go here I would say 7-8 you’ll get good customer service but any time after that they’ll make the drink wrong I’m not even kidding ive had a shaken espresso made three different ways I’m always sweet if I send it back through and let them know where they should have made the adjustment mind you I worked in food service before so I understand how a machine might print out an order and how you ring it up they’ll get really unpleasant fast also not to mention I noticed on days where I wasn’t feeling perky and gave them a greeting first which is also just odd it would be like they tried to not froth the cold foam to a non liquid consistency after having to send it back I just threw my 6 dollar drink in the trash I’ve also had good service around 12 pm but no time after and these times are consistent over the past year I’ve noticed. It seems to me the baristas arent receiving any training and that’s why I think it’s just a poorly run location because I came on here to see the owner only apologizing for what happened to link them to another website to complain and if you can’t insure how your going to better the service at your location why reply? Needless to say this morning my drink was made wonderful and thankful to the baristas who try hard and know what to do! Hope this helps someone validate their experience at this location ?
The drive through is so bad. It's an accident waiting to happen in that parking lot. Going inside is not any better. We waited 25 minutes for a cake pop, and two refreshers. And when she finally called my name. She forgot the second refresher and made me wait another five minutes. There was some guy nodding off in the corner falling off the chair. Than he went outside and laid on the sidewalk and no one said anything. It's atmosphere was awful. Seats were filthy. And not one of the many employees behind that counter had a smile, greeting or any pleasantries towards anyone.
One of the staff I came in today was very kind and nice to me. Since I told the lady that I didn’t like the Chai Tea Latte. She was nice enough that I didn’t have to pay anything but instead she made me a new drink which is the Nitro Cold Brew. It was very accommodating that she kindly made my drink without any charges . I wish I knew her name. The store is very clean , nice baristas and I miss Natalie. She was great too. I will definitely be coming back again soon! Thank you!
