Mcdonald's - Maple Grove

I'm away from the couch to get a chocolate shake at this mcdonald. I just asked for one with no pfeif cream. at the arrival in the window I received a whip cream. I said I asked for one without him. the sleep transducer helped me to take off the lid and pour more ice on the plucked cream and presented it to me again. I said again, I didn't ask for a whip cream. I have an empty star and asked if I wanted my money back! this mcdonald’s is the worst in my opposite, and this is an example of bad guidance from above this tool name was cole. coles future is dimmed in this phase of life.

If they close the journey through more than 5 minutes before the announced time, maybe they will change what they post online so we will not have any plans about what is posted on google.

I was with the boys and we were feeling McDonald’s we pull up to the thingy he didn’t talk for at least 1 min and I was like excuse me sir are u there? Being as nice as I could and he didn’t pick up so we drove up to the window he said we were harassing him and being mean to him and saying we were yelling at him and I know it might sound like teenage guys would do that but we didn’t do that we were as nice as possible to this guy and he refused service to me and 2 other guys always is in a black uniform and always works the night shifts and has greasy hair. I was so mad when he refused service and didn’t serve us because he said we were being disrespectful and mean this man should be fired immediately.This happenedAugust 28th at 11;40 Pm

Tried to order shakes and was told done making shakes, tried a Frappuccino and told the same. Finally picked iced coffee with Carmel flavor and was able to order. Added on a ice creme cone, large sprite and a Mc double only ketchup and pickles. Got home, little to none Carmel flavor and Mc double was only a single hamburger with no cheese and did have ketchup and pickles. I understand mistakes happen and would just like to have my order replaced. I called over and over to talk with a employee about it and only got the machine after several rings. Was told we are unable to answer now. Please call back.

I usually like McDonald's but when I get argued with at the drive-thru and corrected continually rather than just being told exactly what I would like to know about the menu it does make me feel like going to a different McDonald's
