Frosty Inn, nestled in a charming mountain setting, presents a mixed dining experience. While many visitors rave about the fresh, delicious fare—highlighting items like the fish and chips, unique burgers, and indulgent milkshakes—service inconsistency has marred some patrons' visits. Complaints range from long waits and poor communication to rude staff interactions, undermining the overall enjoyment. On a positive note, the cozy ambiance, adorned with local art and a welcoming fireplace, offers a pleasing backdrop. For those seeking quality food, Frosty Inn remains a popular choice, but potential diners should prepare for varying levels of service.

What a wonderful family-run restaurant! The service was superb, and the ambiance is truly unique compared to any other place I've been to. If you find yourself near Maple Falls, you absolutely must stop by for a meal! View all feedback.

What Richard H dislikes about Frosty Inn:
I had dinner at this restaurant. I ordered the burgers, fries, and onion rings. The food had a greasy smell and tasted of old frying oil, which was not enjoyable. The service was slow, unenthusiastic, and reluctant. Many tables were not cleared and prepared for new customers, remaining dirty throughout our entire visit. View all feedback.

I usually don't complain, but I have to say that running a restaurant is tough. However, I had some issues during my visit. Firstly, the place was freezing and I had to keep my ski parka on the whole time. The service started off well with quick drink orders and big glasses of wine that were good. Unfortunately, our dinner never came and we waited for an hour without any explanation, even though the place wasn't busy. After finally asking about our food, it arrived 10 minutes later and was really good. However, we had to ask for our check and felt like there was a lack of communication about the delay. It would have been nice if someone had acknowledged the kitchen issue and maybe offered us a complimentary drink or dessert to make up for the wait. Ultimately, we paid but did not leave a tip, which I hate doing. We even considered leaving after 45 minutes just to pay for our drinks. It would have been better if we were informed about the wait before ordering. In conclusion, the food was good but the wait was too long and there was a lack of communication.

Yesterday when we visited the Frosty restaurant, none of the staff were wearing masks. It made me feel unsafe during our visit.
