Later, they claimed they didn't have steamed milk, which felt like an excuse for giving me something I didn't order at all. In the end, I was served a tea with regular milk instead. There was no apology offered, and the service was very rude.

As a result, one visit may lead to a quality experience, while the next may not be as satisfying. There seems to be inconsistency in their offerings.
