La Rivera Maya - Manville

In contrast, my previous review praised this amazing, traditional Mexican restaurant in the heart of Manville. I had takeout one evening, and they were incredibly accommodating with my order and payment, which I placed outside. Everything was delicious! The torta milanesa de pollo was incredibly tasty, and I was surprised by its size upon unwrapping it! We also tried the vegetable quesadilla, carne enchilada tacos, and huarache pobre, and the portions were extremely generous (we had leftovers for the entire week) as well as delicious. Don't hesitate to try something new at this fantastic spot! They offer outdoor seating and it's BYOB; I will definitely return!

If you've been considering trying this restaurant, stop thinking and just go! The staff here is fantastic, working hard to make the most of these challenging times. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The food is incredible, and the service is prompt and friendly. They host live Mariachi music weekly, adding to the festive atmosphere. It's a great spot for a date, but also very family-friendly. Be sure to try the house drink, or feel free to bring your own bottle; there’s a liquor store just across the street. I've visited multiple times, and it's always been a wonderful experience. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying it. For parents, there are generous kids' meal options available, and you can choose to have them made with or without meat, depending on your preference. The staff is very helpful when it comes to ordering and is always ready to assist with menu questions or suggestions.

This restaurant serves beautiful, authentic Mexican cuisine, featuring the highly sought-after Birria Tacos. It was my first time dining here, and I was not disappointed. If you're in search of traditional, mouthwatering birria tacos, along with delicious carne asada or al pastor served on two corn tortillas, look no further. Everything is made from scratch and couldn't be better. I give it 5 stars!

The nachos are absolutely WORTH the wait, they are made from scratch and maintain the same crispiness until the last bite. The wonderful waitress said it takes a bit longer for the nachos(15 mins is really not that long)?so glad we waited. Guacamole on top was the best I?ve ever had. Also sampled 4 different tacos and the enchiladas, food was fresh and delicious. Don?t wait, run to experience Authentic Mexican cuisine. I pray this review will not cost me a line around the corner for next time, but truly too good not to share. Please don?t forget the churros OH THE CHURROS ????????????

Cute little Mexican place.. The tacos, guacamole, and the chips were we're delicious. Service was great I would recommend this place and we would have to come back and try some of the other items on the menu
