I like going to palms every now and then. I like the vibes, the area and the food. They have a nice tapas collection for a reasonable price and possible to share. Great food quality too and the dishes are quite tasty as well. Highly recommended! View all feedback.
What Adrian Freund doesn't like about Palm's:
Een mooi ingericht restaurant in Mannheim. Het eten was lekker, een goede dikke club sandwich. De bediening was wel langzaam maar dat was wellicht een moment opname. Verder alles ok. View all feedback.
This hidden gem of the local restaurant scene is to be found in one of the city's most spectacular areas, the Planken pedestrian street, leading straight up to Mannheim's renowned Art Nouveau landmark, the Wasserturm Stepping into the restaurant however transfers us to a remarkably...different environment the cozy interior reminds of the style of Irish pubs and restaurants with a US American touch. The menu truly resembles the restaurant's Pacific theme with several drinks and dishes from different overseas cuisines, offering warm and cold tapas, excellent burgers and steaks, fries as well as great vegetarian options. I returned for the third time now with friends and was very satisfied once again.
On of my favorites in the region. This time slightly disappointed. The mojo burger wasn't as usual The bread was kind a dry. The salmon could have been a bit more baked. Potatoes were more crispy on our last visit. A bit strange that you...need to go through the smoker's corner to reach the restrooms. But i still like the interior. So much detail. Love it.
Best rig eye steak and cheesecake ever! The staff is very kind and interested. You should go and enjoy your delicious meal!
Decided to hop in at Palm's, as here in Mannheim are many fast food, Italian, Thai and Sushi restaurants (which end up like fast food anyway). So decided for something else, and I like palmtrees anyway Took the Loco Moko Burger with fries and...this was really good. Enjoyed it in a quite pleasant packed restaurant and took a Hefe Weissen to complete it. The burger is double size and big so good if you are a bit hungry... In short, good place to go to when alone, as couple, or with friends....
Didn’t have the tapas, but they at least looked interesting. The regional Flammkuchen looked quite good. I had a ravioli stuffed with porcini mushrooms- not fantastic, but passable. Unfortunately there were ashtrays everywhere and the entire place was permeated with the smell of smoke
