Unfortunately, the portion sizes have decreased compared to before, so despite the high price, you don't leave feeling completely full. Therefore, only four stars. However, the restroom situation is embarrassing for an Asian restaurant. Two urinals in the men's room are broken. One is out of order, and the other is overflowing. A real shame.

A feeling of getting dumped and fast fast. Perfect and cozy service is different. And we have had discount cards as “regular customers” for years. This expired at the end of 2024. Although we were told that we would get a new card with the next visit, we got that too, but it is only valid from the next visit!? This is a very customer-unfriendly manner and a strange practice. Fits into the picture of increasing service deterioration. Apparently you don't need it anymore. Feeling ripped off. We used to like going to Osaka, but that's becoming less and less the case. If you want to be processed quickly and are satisfied with mediocre service, this is the right choice. Too bad.

The food quality did not match the high price €88.50 for two Teppanyaki, one California roll, and two beers). The kimchi appetizer had a sour, off-putting smell. The rice served with the Teppanyaki wasn’t Japanese rice, but basic jasmine rice. The California roll was bland and poorly made. Only the friendly service from two waiters deserves mention—hence the one star. We won’t be returning.
