In the corridors, however, it is necessary to go down to the point, as not all of them could meet the high expectations. In particular, two courses are particularly striking and, in our opinion, could not go beyond the level of a raised, good-bourgeois cuisine, especially because you were little surprising in taste and missed the different textures. The beverage accompaniment (also alcohol-free) was perfectly harmonious and excellently selected. Overall a successful evening with slight weaknesses.

We found the concept of only offering 4 wines from a single winemaker (Schloss Schönberg) for an entire evening with 12 15 different dishes to be really bad, including only 1 Pinot Noir red wine. I really couldn 't believe that when I asked what kind of wine I could buy if I wasn 't impressed with the Pinot Noir offered, the waitress initially replied: Well, then you won 't get any red wine. They then deigned (perhaps grumpily) to pour me another red wine, but I was negatively surprised at how unconfident and tight lipped they were. We won 't be going to kitchen parties here anymore if the wine concept is 1 winemaker 4 wines nothing else! is.

I had previously asked for vegetarian options and I was then given a vegetarian menu which was in no way inferior to the non-vegetarian option. We will definitely come back for a special occasion.
